Karen Armstrong

Director, More Impact & More Minds.

Karen is a marketing expert with over 15 years experience across FMCG and NFP marketing. She is the Director, More Impact and was previously Director, Marketing and Fundraising at Cancer Council Australia. Commercially she worked in the UK and Australia with Kraft Foods where she was recognized internationally for the best integrated sales & marketing campaign. She presents frequently at FIA, FINZ, IFC and commercially at X4 the largest experience management summit. She was a founding board member of Include a Charity and FIA Conference Chair 2017. She completed an MA (Sociology), publishing a thesis on refugees and social change. She is passionate about blending the science of the mind, emotions and society to change the world for good.

                        

Gavin Coopey

Director, More Insights and Founder, More Strategic.

Gavin Coopey is passionate about achieving social change to address the pressing issues we face in society. He has spent over 25 years in the charity sector building on commercial marketing and advertising experience and has been lucky enough to work in some great mission-led organisations during his charity career. His expertise lies in Strategic Communications; Brand development and Fundraising proposition strategies, qualitative market research facilitation and quantitative research management. Innovation and new product development programs; Corporate Partnerships and Major Donors.

                        

Martin Paul

Director, More Growth and Founder, More Strategic.

Martin has dedicated more than 25 years to adapting best practice commercial marketing practices to not for profits. He has led large teams in complex organisations and knows the demands of delivering outstanding results with limited resources. He is continually awed and inspired by the talent, commitment, and impacts that people in our sector have. His expertise lies in Strategy development, cross-functional working, culture assessments, financial benchmarking, market research surveys, experience management, behavioral economics nudges.

                        

Ruth Wicks

Senior Consultant, More Strategic. 

Ruth is what you may call a ‘career’ fundraiser having made a deliberate choice to dedicate her working life to this unique sector over 17 years ago. She has worked for charities big and small in both Australia and the UK across a multitude of fundraising disciplines. She holds a passionate commitment to raising the bar of professional fundraising so the charities can raise more money and continue to change the world. Her expertise lies in Mass market Individual Giving acquisition, retention and development, 2-step, Digital optimisation and integration, events, bequests, high-value donor management.

                        

Julie Roberts

Director, More Strategic UK. 

Julie has over a decade of experience in the charity sector across both the UK and Australia, working with various not-for-profits. She has lead teams to achieve financial success, embedded strategies and helped organisations make internal culture shifts. She is exceptionally passionate and dedicated to the sector and is proud of her voluntary commitments which lead to the creation of Australian Events Managers Forum and currently being elected to join the Institute of Fundraising London & South-East Committee.

                        

Megan Maya

Junior Consultant, More Impact.

Megan Maya started her career at the Heart Foundation where she held roles as the digital lead and campaign advisor working across individual giving and events for the organisation. 

Since starting with More, Megan leads our marketing automation and facebook fundraising and consults across supporter journeys and persona design.
